Babich Marlborough Pinot Noir Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Babich Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé is fresh, dry and softly textured, bringing strawberry and raspberry to the fore, followed by gala apple, apricot and a gentle savoury thread of spice and dried herbs. It is medium-light in body, with enough palate weight to keep things interesting and a bright cranberry finish that calls for another sip. Babich has been family-owned since 1916, so there is plenty of experience behind this cheerful pink. A versatile choice for summer afternoons, shared plates, spicy Indian dishes or a well-stocked picnic basket.
What the winery says:
The 2025 wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir clones grown in Marlborough. Strawberry and raspberry aromas lead into gala apple, apricot, subtle aniseed and dried herbs. The palate is dry, fresh and medium-light in weight, with good volume, creamy texture and red-fruited flavours carrying through to a lingering cranberry finish.
