McGuigan begins with a full-strength Sauvignon Blanc made specifically for the ZERO range, then gently removes the alcohol using spinning cone technology under vacuum at low temperatures. This process is designed to preserve the wine's delicate varietal aromas and flavours. The finished wine contains no more than 0.05% alcohol, with generous gooseberry and citrus aromas, subtle grassy notes, passionfruit and lime on the palate, and a fresh, clean finish.
