Penkridge Farm Central Otago Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Penkridge Farm Central Otago Rosé is a bright, generously flavoured Pinot Noir rosé from a boutique vineyard beneath the Pisa Range. Strawberry, watermelon and white stone fruit lead into layers of juicy summer fruit, with a gentle vanilla note adding softness and depth. Fresh acidity keeps the palate lively, while the long, balanced finish gives it enough substance to enjoy with food as well as on its own. Hand-harvested and made by Central Otago winemaker Matt Connell, this is an inviting warm-weather wine with plenty of regional character. Serve slightly chilled with grilled salmon, fresh summer salads or a relaxed afternoon in the sun.
What the winery says:
The Pinot Noir fruit was hand-harvested in April 2025 following a season of warm summer and autumn days balanced by cool nights, conditions that helped retain fresh acidity. The winery describes aromas of strawberry, watermelon and white stone fruit, followed by layers of summer fruit, a lovely vanilla character and a long, balanced finish. The wine was bottled in September 2025 and contains 13.5% alcohol, 6.24 grams per litre of residual sugar, 7.45 grams per litre of titratable acidity and a pH of 3.28. It is vegan and produced under the Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand programme.
