Finca Los Trenzones Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Finca Los Trenzones Sauvignon Blanc is a generous, high-altitude Spanish take on Sauvignon Blanc, combining ripe fruit with refreshing citrus acidity. Grown 780 metres above sea level in La Mancha, it has a broader, smoother palate than many sharply herbaceous expressions of the variety, while remaining lively and easy to drink. A versatile choice for fish, seafood, vegetable dishes, pesto pasta and full-flavoured cheeses.

What the winery says:

Clean and bright, with a youthful straw-yellow colour and greenish rim. The nose shows lemon and grapefruit alongside tropical notes of papaya, mango and pineapple, supported by a light herbaceous character. The palate is strong, voluminous and smooth, with pronounced yet balanced acidity and an intense, fruity finish where grapefruit returns. Fruit from Los Hinojosos received ten hours of cold maceration before fermentation at 17°C
