The fruit is sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia. Most of the wine is matured in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, generous fruit, with a portion transferred to French and American oak for added texture and spice. The finished wine shows red berries, plum and black pepper, supported by integrated oak, soft tannins and a smooth, lasting finish.
