Made from a blend of white grapes, Cuvée Zero is a de-alcoholised wine-based flavoured drink containing 0.2% alcohol by volume. Pale straw-yellow in colour, it forms a fine, clear mousse with delicate bubbles. Aromas of pear, green apple and citrus are joined by light floral hints, followed by a soft, juicy palate and gently sweet finish. Zonin recommends serving it well chilled at 6 to 8°C as an aperitif or alongside quick, light meals.
