McGuigan begins with a fully fermented, grape-derived wine before gently removing the alcohol using spinning cone technology at low temperatures. This method is designed to preserve the wine's delicate fruit flavours and aromas. The finished sparkling is elegant and refreshing, showing crisp pear and green apple, energetic bubbles and an attractively crisp finish. It is made for drinking now and is best served thoroughly chilled.
