Graham Norton's Prosecco Rose is the pink-hued sibling to Graham Norton's original Prosecco, blended by the man himself alongside Invivo's Rob Cameron. Made in northern Italy from a sustainably farmed mix of Glera and Pinot Noir, it pours with scents of strawberry and tropical blossom, then settles into a crisp, delicately structured fizz with a gentle off-dry sweetness and a lingering strawberry finish. It is an easy, cheerful glass rather than a serious one, built for toasting rather than tasting notes, and closed with a proper Champagne cork so you get a satisfying pop. Chill it hard and drink it young.

What the winery says:

Graham Norton's Prosecco Rose is made from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, sustainably produced in northern Italy by the same partners behind Graham Norton's original Prosecco. The tasting note describes sweetly scented tropical flowers and strawberry, with a crisp yet delicately structured palate carried by a persistent strawberry drive through to a balanced finish. It is closed with a Champagne cork, sits at 11% alcohol, and is blended by Graham Norton alongside Rob Cameron.

What the experts say:

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, 93/100 (NV)
"This is instantly charming on the nose showing sweet strawberry, fig, crunchy apple and white floral aromas. The palate delivers vibrant mouthfeel and creamy texture, beautifully framed by refreshing acidity, finishing lingering and delicious."
