Deutz Cuvee Rose greets the nose with fresh brioche, raspberry and rose petal, carrying the same méthode traditionnelle pedigree as its Brut sibling. The palate builds in layers - strawberry and cranberry over biscuit notes and a citrus edge - held together by a creamy, rich mousse that's fine and persistent rather than fizzy. It finishes fresh but soft, without any hard edges. Drink it now for its brightest fruit, though it will happily hold for two to three years if you'd rather wait. A versatile match for canapés, charcuterie or simply on its own as an aperitif.
