Made by Ara Wines in Marlborough, this Zero Rosé starts life as a full-strength wine before spinning cone technology gently removes the aroma and alcohol at low temperatures, with the delicate aroma added back to round out the final blend. Contains no more than 0.5% alcohol by volume. It pairs well with light salads, charcuterie or seafood.
