Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rouge is a vibrant, food-friendly red from the Languedoc, made by the Guibert family behind Mas de Daumas Gassac. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan gives it generous fruit, savoury spice and enough structure to suit the dinner table, while its moderate weight and smooth texture keep it easy to enjoy. It is a versatile southern French red for charcuterie, grilled meats, hearty pasta or gently spiced dishes, offering plenty of regional personality without feeling heavy or overly alcoholic.

The 2022 vintage is made from 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Carignan. Lively crushed red fruit leads the nose, followed by pepper and warming spice. The palate is full flavoured but balanced, with generous fruit, moderate alcohol and a smooth, approachable finish.
