The pack contains two bottles each of Doom Juice Weiss, Rosé and Rouge. Weiss is made from Riverland Gewürztraminer, showing apple, banana and citrus with a crisp mineral backbone. The Rosé is a bone-dry Riverland blend with strawberry, peach and a lightly bitter citrus lift, while Rouge combines Shiraz and Grenache for raspberries, cherries, earthiness and minerality, and is designed to be served lightly chilled. Doom Juice works with wild fermentation and leaves its wines unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur used across the range.
