Swift Pipi Sparkling Albariño is a lively Hawke's Bay sparkler that puts a playful New Zealand spin on the coastal character of Albariño. Citrus and juicy stone fruit lead the way, with bright bubbles, energetic acidity and a subtle salty edge keeping everything crisp and refreshing. Carbonation preserves the wine's clean, fruit-forward style, making it an easy alternative to Prosecco or a traditional sparkling wine when the occasion calls for something a little different. Serve it properly chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with sashimi, crayfish rolls, fresh shellfish or classic fish and chips.

Made from Albariño grown at the Mangatahi Two Terraces Vineyard in Hawke's Bay, Pipi shows fresh citrus and ripe stone fruit with a hint of salty sea breeze. The wine was carbonated to retain freshness, clarity and vibrant fruit character. It has 12% alcohol and is best served straight from the fridge, particularly alongside beachside snacks, seafood, sashimi or fish and chips.
