The 2025 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc was picked following a warm, calm summer that supported strong flowering and higher yields, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly without weather pressure at harvest. Fruit was 100% destemmed and fermented in closed-top stainless steel tanks using inoculated yeast, then matured for five months before fining, filtration and bottling in September 2025.
