Invivo's technical notes for the 2025 Marlborough Pinot Gris describe fruit picked at 20.5 to 22 brix from vineyards across the region, made from 100 per cent pinot gris and fermented in part on seasoned oak alternatives to build texture. The finished wine sits at 12 per cent alcohol with 7.6 grams per litre residual sugar, and Invivo notes aromas of ripe pears and cotton candy with subtle red apple, a full-bodied palate loaded with winter fruit flavours, and a stunning mineral acidity that carries through to the finish. The producer recommends drinking it now, while it is fresh and youthful.
