Doom Juice Fizz 2025

Doom Juice Fizz was born in South Australia during COVID lockdowns, when a couple of winemakers decided the world needed a natural wine built purely for good times rather than serious contemplation. Organic Shiraz turned Pet Nat gives strawberry, raspberry and goji berry brightness with a genuinely refreshing mineral edge. Genuinely good value for a natural fizz with this much personality in the bottle.

What the winery says

Made from organic Shiraz grown in the Central Ranges, wild fermented and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur, the wine shows a pale salmon rose colour with gentle, delicate bubbles. Bright red berry aromas of strawberry and raspberry meet citrus peel and a hint of goji berry sweetness, crisp and lively with a mineral backbone through the finish. It pairs well with oysters, light snacks or simply on its own.
