Angove Organic Shiraz Cabernet brings generous South Australian warmth without becoming heavy-handed. Dark cherry, blackberry and ripe plum lead into chocolate, subtle oak and a soft, earthy finish, with enough spice and fine tannin to keep the fruit in line. The 2022 is certified organic, vegan friendly and made with minimal preservatives, using fruit from Angove's sustainably farmed Nanya Vineyard and selected organic growers in McLaren Vale. It is a relaxed, full-flavoured red for weeknight roasts, hard cheeses or mushroom ravioli, and an easy pick when you want richness, freshness and a little polish at the table.

Fruit for the 2022 came from Angove's certified organic Nanya Vineyard and selected organic growers in McLaren Vale. Mild summer conditions, abundant sunshine, low rainfall and cool nights encouraged slow ripening while preserving natural acidity. The grapes were harvested at night, given a short pre-fermentation maceration, then fermented in rotary and sweep-arm fermenters. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured in oak before final blending. Expect dark cherry, blackberry and plum, with chocolate, subtle oak and a soft, generous finish.
