TAPI Organic Rose 2025

TAPI Organic Rosé is vibrant, fresh and lively, with aromas of watermelon, strawberry and white peach carrying through to flavours of red cherry, yellow plum and a touch of rose. The palate is crisp and crunchy, with fine, fruit-driven tannins and a soft, even acidity that gives the wine an elegant, balanced finish. Made from estate-grown organic Pinot Noir in a dry Provence style, its subtle pink-blush colour reflects the extremely gentle, hands-on handling behind it. Bright and easy-drinking, it's an ideal warm-weather rosé, equally suited to sipping on its own or pairing with charcuterie, salads or light seafood.

What the winery says: Made from estate-grown Pinot Noir, the fruit was cold-soaked before the coloured juice was pressed off the skins, representing extremely gentle handling through hand-picking and whole-cluster pressing. The juice was then fermented cool using a selected aromatic yeast, before the wine was left on fine lees and bottled early to capture its aromatics and vibrancy.
