Stoneleigh Latitude Pinot Noir 2024
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Stoneleigh Latitude Pinot Noir pours a deep magenta with a violet edge, fruit drawn from Marlborough's stone-warmed Golden Mile along Rapaura Road. The nose builds slowly, unfurling plum compote, baking spices, vanilla and toasty oak with time in the glass. On the palate it's rich and concentrated, with firm tannins framing black cherry and blackberry fruit, threaded through with charry oak and a dusting of spice. Good acid structure keeps the sweetness in check, and the finish runs long and generous, closing on a note of dark chocolate. A textured, food-friendly pinot noir suited to lamb, duck or a rich mushroom dish.
