Days & Daze Pet Nat is made for the hours between sunset and sunrise, a genuinely nomadic project that refuses to be tied down to any single region while chasing free range flavour instead. Skin contact Pinot Gris gives it that blushy pink hue everyone falls for, funky native yeasts doing the rest of the work. Well-priced for a proper natural pet nat this much fun.
What the winery says
Made from 100% Pinot Gris macerated on skins and fermented with wild native yeasts, the wine shows a pale straw to blush pink colour with aromas of ripe peach, zesty lemon and delicate white flowers. Green apple, pear and a hint of minerality carry through a lively effervescent palate to a clean, crisp finish. It pairs beautifully with fresh seafood or a light salad.
