Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Rose
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay Rosé is a modern, vibrant Rosé from one of the early pioneers of the Gimblett Gravels. Juicy strawberry and raspberry meet delicate florals and a hint of savoury spice, with fresh acidity carrying the wine into a succulent, dry and refreshing finish. Light, bright and immediately approachable, it is ideal chilled on its own or alongside antipasto, sashimi and pan-fried salmon.
What the winery says:
The fruit was sourced from Trinity Hill's Gimblett Estate vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels. Tempranillo provides the core of juicy red fruit, while Syrah contributes floral perfume and subtle savoury spice. The grapes were gently pressed before the juice was cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeasts. A small amount of residual sugar balances the natural acidity, and early bottling preserves the wine's freshness and vitality.
