What the winery says:

The 2024 vintage was hand-harvested from Trinity Hill's Tin Shed vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay. The fruit was gently pressed and fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts in 228-litre and 500-litre French oak barrels, with 54% new oak. Malolactic fermentation contributed additional richness, while 12 months in barrel followed by five months on yeast lees in tank developed texture and complexity. Bottled in May 2025 without fining and with minimal filtration, the wine combines white peach, grapefruit, and citrus blossom aromas with toasted nut and oak nuances. Rich yet focused, its stone fruit and citrus flavours are supported by gentle phenolics and refreshing acidity, leading to a long, mouthwatering finish. The winery recommends drinking now through 2034.
