Saint X Rose 2024

Saint X Rose is a pale, dry Mediterranean rosé from Maison Saint Aix, the producer behind AIX Rosé. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viognier and Rolle brings fresh strawberry, raspberry and cherry together with white peach, apricot blossom, citrus and a lightly saline finish. Crisp acidity keeps the fruit bright, while a smooth, gently rounded texture gives it enough presence for the table. It is an easy choice for sunny lunches, relaxed gatherings or a well-chilled glass after work, and particularly good with grilled prawns, ceviche, Mediterranean salads or a simple charcuterie spread.

What the winery says:

The 2024 blend is 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 5% Viognier and 5% Rolle. The grapes were harvested during the cool early-morning hours, directly pressed at low pressure, then fermented in stainless steel at 15°C with careful protection from oxygen. Pale salmon in colour, it offers strawberry, raspberry, cherry and redcurrant flavours alongside pink grapefruit, white blossom and apricot. Bright acidity leads into a clean finish with citrus zest, minerality and a subtle Mediterranean salinity.
