Days & Daze

Days & Daze is a McLaren Vale wine brand that describes itself as nomadic, sourcing fruit from vineyards across the region rather than committing to a single site, in pursuit of fresh, free-range flavours that hold up vintage after vintage. The winemaking follows a back-to-basics approach, prioritising thoughtful, quality winemaking at an accessible price over technical polish, so the range moves between styles as the seasons and sites allow, giving each release its own character within McLaren Vale's broader Australian wine scene.

Certification and sustainability sit at the centre of the project: the brand's still wines carry Australian Certified Organic status, and other releases lean into minimal-intervention, natural winemaking, preservative-free bottling and vegan-friendly production. Days & Daze also runs the Brighter Days Sustainability Fund, donating five per cent of every bottle sold to environmental initiatives, extending its commitment to a cleaner footprint beyond the vineyard.
