Chambers Rosewood is a family winery in Rutherglen, in north-eastern Victoria, Australia, founded in 1858 by William Chambers, who leased land and named the property Rosewood after a hedge he and his son Philip planted around its boundary. Both men had studied viticulture in France before establishing the vineyard opposite one of Rutherglen's earliest winemakers. The estate remains in the same family today, now run by sixth-generation winemaker Stephen Chambers, who took over from his father Bill in 2001.

Chambers built its reputation on fortified wine, particularly Rutherglen Muscat, made using a solera-style system of blending across many vintages that was established by the third generation in the 1890s. Rutherglen's warm climate suits the slow ripening needed for fortified wine production, concentrating the grapes' natural sugars before fortification and extended barrel ageing deepens the wine's colour and complexity.
