Honeysuckle and citrus blossom lead into tangelo, grapefruit, lemon, apricot and peach, creating a light-bodied palate that feels generous without becoming heavy. The sweetness is finely balanced, leaving the finish fresh, long and distinctly citrus-driven. Grown organically in a single Central Otago vineyard, it brings together regional purity with extra texture from amphora and old-barrel fermentation and ageing. The wine is made from organically grown, single-vineyard Riesling and was fermented and aged in a combination of clay amphorae and old barrels. Pale straw in colour, it opens with honeysuckle, citrus blossom and a touch of apricot. The off-dry palate brings together tangelo, grapefruit, lemon and ripe apricot, with crisp natural acidity balancing the fruit sweetness. Light-bodied and complex, it finishes with impressive citrus length and can be cellared through 2029.
