Slow Press Chardonnay is a gentle, unhurried take on California Chardonnay, gently pressed and slowly fermented at cold temperatures to draw out its natural fruit character. Fresh apple and pear intermingle with toasted vanilla and oak, finishing full-bodied and creamy.
