What the winery says:

The 2023 Gold River Pinot Gris was sourced from a mix of vineyards in Bendigo, Central Otago. The fruit was handpicked and whole-bunch pressed to preserve purity, then cool fermented in stainless steel, with fermentation stopped while the wine was just off dry. It has a pale straw colour, soft floral and citrus aromas, juicy fruit weight and refreshing acidity. The wine carries 14% alcohol and 6 grams per litre of residual sugar, finishing with depth, freshness and lingering length.
