Gooseberry, white and black currant, lime peel and grapefruit lead into a medium-bodied palate packed with citrus and fresh green fruit. A fine mineral texture adds definition before a long, clean finish. Made by the Astrolabe team from selected sites across Marlborough, it is vegan and sustainably certified, offering a polished everyday style with plenty of regional character. The 2025 release is a classic expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc blended from vineyards across the region. Pale lemon-straw in colour, it shows gooseberry, white and black currant, lime peel and grapefruit on the nose. The medium-bodied palate follows with lime, gooseberry and citrus flavours, a fine mineral texture and a long, crisp finish. Durvillea fruit is grown at carefully selected Marlborough sites and harvested to preserve purity and intensity of flavour. The wine is vegan and certified under Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand.
