What the winery says:

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc was grown in Angove's organically certified Nanya Vineyard near Paringa in South Australia's Riverland. Lower than average yields helped concentrate flavour in the grapes. The fruit was harvested at night to keep it cool and minimise oxidation, then gently pressed before the juice was settled in temperature-controlled tanks. Fermentation continued until dry, followed by cold settling, light filtration and bottling. The finished wine shows lime, guava and passionfruit with a delicate herbal edge, a lively palate and a fresh, clean finish.
