AIX Rose 2024
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
AIX Rose is a polished, dry Provence rosé with fresh red berry, white peach and citrus flavours, a silky texture and a long mineral finish. The 2024 blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault has enough weight for the table while staying crisp and refreshing, so it works equally well as an aperitif or alongside food. Made from estate-grown fruit in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, it offers classic pale-pink charm without feeling lightweight. Serve well chilled with grilled salmon, shellfish, Mediterranean salads, chicken skewers or lightly spiced Asian dishes.
What the winery says:
The 2024 vintage is a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Cinsault from Maison Saint Aix's estate in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The 75-hectare vineyard benefits from Mediterranean sunshine, cooling Mistral winds and limestone-rich soils. Pale pink in colour, the wine shows citrus, wild berry and white peach aromas, followed by a crisp, dry palate with silky texture, lively freshness and a lingering mineral finish.
