Victoire Champagne Brut Prestige is an elegant, classically styled Champagne from G.H. Martel, a family house founded in Reims in 1869. Made from the region's three principal varieties, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, it balances ripe fruit and subtle pastry richness with lively acidity and a fine mineral edge. Refined enough for celebrations but versatile beyond them, it works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside oysters, seafood, roast chicken, soft cheeses and crisp savoury snacks.

Golden yellow in colour with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The nose is complex and expressive, showing citrus zest, ripe fruit, brioche, quince and gentle peppery notes. The palate is lively and well structured, with flavours of toast and fruit supported by fresh acidity, saline minerality and a clean, lingering finish.
