Seguinot Chablis 2023
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Domaine Daniel Séguinot Chablis is a precise, mineral-driven Chardonnay from Maligny, at the northern gateway to Chablis. Produced by Daniel Séguinot and his daughters, Emilie and Laurence, it reflects a family winegrowing history in the village dating back to 1590. The 2023 vintage combines citrus freshness and steely acidity with enough white-fruit texture to remain inviting rather than severe. A classic choice for Chablis drinkers, it is particularly well suited to oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, goat's cheese and lighter poultry dishes.
What the winery says:
The 2023 vintage has a fresh, clean and chalky nose, followed by white nectarine, intense citrus and a distinctive mineral character. The palate is lean and flinty, with excellent depth, detail and persistence. Steely acidity brings precision to the clean finish. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine comes from the family's vineyards around Maligny, where Chablis is grown across sloping sites and the edges of the surrounding plateaus.
