Made from South Eastern Australian fruit as part of McGuigan's Private Bin range, it favours easy drinking over structure. Pour it alongside slow cooked lamb or a vegetarian tagine for a comforting match.

The Cabernet Merlot grapes are picked as their flavours reach peak ripeness, then crushed into red fermenters and fermented on oak at cool temperatures to build the wine's colour and flavour. The wine is then matured across a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak before filtering and bottling. The Private Bin range takes its inspiration from the McGuigan family's tradition of sharing a special wine with guests.
