What the winery says:

The fruit came from Angove's certified organic Nanya Vineyard and selected organic growers in McLaren Vale. Harvested at night to retain freshness, the grapes were gently crushed and cold soaked for two days before fermentation. Malolactic fermentation added texture and complexity, followed by maturation on oak and minimal handling before bottling at Angove's certified organic winery. The wine offers raspberry, red cherry and subtle spice aromas, with dark red fruit, liquorice, chocolate, soft oak and a smooth, fine tannin finish. It is certified organic, vegan friendly and made with minimal preservatives.
