Domaine des Pasquiers Côtes du Rhône is an organically grown southern Rhône red from the Lambert family's four-generation estate near Sablet. A classic blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah combines generous fruit and rounded texture with peppery spice and enough freshness to keep each glass lively. Matured entirely in concrete rather than oak, it retains an expressive, uncomplicated style that makes it a highly versatile dinner-table red. Enjoy it with grilled lamb, roast chicken, sausages, beef casseroles or a generous cheese platter.

What the winery says:

The 2024 vintage has a deep red colour and an intense, aromatic nose of ripe red fruit, followed by liquorice and black pepper. The palate is fleshy, expressive and well balanced. The organically farmed Grenache and Syrah vines average around 20 years old and grow on light, sandy soils at the edge of the Sablet hillsides. The varieties are vinified separately, with destemmed fruit spending 10 to 15 days in concrete tanks before malolactic fermentation and three months of maturation in concrete.
