What the winery says:

Pale in colour with subtle grey-gold tones. Citrus and white-fleshed fruit lead the nose, followed by a full, balanced palate. The finish is fresh, with fine bitterness providing a pleasant counterpoint to the wine's ripe Mediterranean character. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the grapes are destemmed and crushed before slow pressing in stainless steel. The juice is settled by flotation at 15°C, fermented at 17°C for approximately 14 days and matured in stainless steel tanks.
