Sourced from Marlborough and Waipara, it pairs the zip of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with the softer texture of Riesling, finished with a playful spritz for something light, refreshing and completely alcohol-free.
What the winery says:
Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling parcels were harvested separately at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and varietal purity. After fermentation, the wine was held on lees to build palate weight and a softer, rounder mouthfeel, before gentle de-alcoholisation at low temperature protected the delicate aromatics. The captured aromas and de-alcoholised wine were then reintegrated and lightly sweetened for balance, with a fine spritz added at bottling for a lively, refreshing finish.
