Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay Syrah is a vibrant, fruit-forward Syrah from one of the early pioneers of the Gimblett Gravels. Blueberry, raspberry and blackberry meet violet, peppery spice and a subtle touch of toasted oak, with supple tannins and crisp acidity carrying the wine into a succulent, lingering finish. Released young to preserve its perfume and freshness, it is an excellent match for lamb, game, pasta and other richly flavoured dishes.

The perfume, florals and spice of Syrah introduce a fruit-dominant, complex wine bursting with intense blueberry, raspberry and blackberry flavours. Supple tannins, crisp acidity and a touch of toasty oak combine on the palate to produce a succulent, lingering and spicy finish. Individual parcels from three Gimblett Gravels vineyards were destemmed and fermented separately, with gentle daily pumping over and extended skin contact helping to build a soft, complex structure.
