Cookoothama Shiraz is a full-bodied Australian red with generous dark fruit, warming spice and well-integrated oak. Dark cherry, blackberry and ripe berries meet earthy savoury notes, with elegant tannins bringing structure to its concentrated palate. The fruit comes from the Cookoothama Vineyard beside the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in New South Wales. Rich and approachable, it is a natural match for roast lamb, braised beef, barbecued meats and hearty winter dishes.
