Palliser Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Case Buys Only | 12 x 750ml
Palliser Estate Sauvignon Blanc is Martinborough Sauvignon with a little extra weight, texture and savoury detail behind the fruit. Guava, passionfruit, kiwifruit and crisp apple meet lime zest, orange blossom, snow pea and Mediterranean herbs, with a small barrel-fermented portion adding shape without dulling its freshness. Palliser has been helping define Martinborough wine for more than 30 years, and this shows why the region’s Sauvignon deserves attention beyond the usual Marlborough comparison. Dry, concentrated and properly refreshing, it is excellent with fresh seafood, tomato bruschetta or anything carrying plenty of herbs.
What the winery says:
Fruit comes from Palliser’s Woolshed and Pencarrow vineyards in Martinborough. After gentle crushing and cold settling, most of the juice is fermented in stainless steel, with a small portion fermented in seasoned barrels before the wine spends further time on lees. The result combines guava, kiwifruit, apple, passionfruit and orange blossom with lime zest, basil and other savoury herbs, finishing long, dry and textural.
