Made by Doom Juice from a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grown in South Australia's Riverland, this red is wild-fermented, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur added. It's bright and juicy with notes of raspberries and cherries, a subtle earthy undertone and smooth, easy tannins on the finish. Best served with a light chill, it's an easy match for barbecues, picnics or casual midweek dinners.
