Fruit was sourced from Kokako Farms in the Ohiti Valley and Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi sub-region. More than half of the wine was fermented in Taransaud barriques in a temperature-controlled barrel room. Following alcoholic fermentation, it underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation and was matured for nine months before blending.
