It matured for 18 months in 225-litre French oak barriques, including 33% new oak, with partial malolactic fermentation, regular bâtonnage and minimal fining. The winery describes aromas of wildflower honey, biscuit and lime blossom, followed by a creamy palate balanced by vibrant acidity. Buttery, yeasty notes and hints of French oak add complexity through the lingering finish.
