The fruit comes from Seresin's clay-rich Raupo vineyard in the Omaka Valley, giving Zosia a clear single-vineyard identity. It's bright enough for an afternoon in the sun, but has the structure to work beautifully at the table too. Try it with grilled salmon, prawns, antipasti or a generous platter of charcuterie.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat the winery says:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 Zosia is made from clone 10\/5 Pinot Noir grown at Seresin's Raupo Creek vineyard, which is certified organic and farmed using organic and biodynamic principles. The fruit was handpicked on 25 March and whole-bunch pressed straight away, then naturally cold settled for seven days. The clear juice was transferred to stainless steel for a natural six-week fermentation, followed by three months on lees before stabilisation, filtration and spring bottling.
