The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with juicy fruit, fine chalky tannins and bright acidity giving it freshness and definition. Made from estate-grown 10\/5 and Abel clone fruit, then matured in French oak, it offers plenty of regional character without becoming overly heavy. The grapes were hand-harvested in April 2023 and matured in French oak for 10 months before bottling in February 2024. The winery describes dark cherry and plum aromas followed by a medium-bodied palate with a soft, juicy texture.
