A long, dry summer allowed the grapes to reach full ripeness in optimal condition. After harvest the fruit was processed quickly to preserve aroma and acidity, then settled and fermented in tank with inoculated yeast. The wine spent several months on lees before blending, received no fining additions, and was filtered before bottling.
