After crushing, the grapes received a short period of skin contact before fermentation in stainless steel to retain varietal purity. A small portion was naturally fermented as whole bunches and matured for around three months in old oak puncheons, adding structure and complexity. The finished wine has 13% alcohol and 7.5 g\/l residual sugar, with aromas of lychee, orange blossom, rose oil, cinnamon, potpourri and ginger.
