The 2023 season was cooler than usual and yields were generally low, with selected parcels showing the vibrant fruit character the family was seeking. Fermentation took place over 10 to 12 days in a combination of open and static fermenters, followed by 13 months of maturation for selected parcels in new and older French and American oak.
