Handpicked at optimum ripeness following a cool, frost-affected flowering, the wine was fermented in stainless steel, taken through full malolactic fermentation, then aged on its yeast lees for around forty-seven months before disgorgement. Hunter's describes fresh fruit and biscuity aromas on the nose, with layers of brioche, citrus and apple on the finish, showing complexity, balance and a dry, refreshing close.
